Service Area Covered: Our warehouse is in Inner Western Sydney. Our service area comprises central, eastern and inner western Sydney, extending south from the harbour/Parramatta River. Our Franchise: Environmental Biotech of Central Sydney was the first franchise in Sydney (and Australia) and started 14 years ago. About half of our customers are in the Sydney CBD comprising commercial buildings with food courts, restaurants, clubs and hotels. The remainder of our customers are in outlying suburbs and comprise hospitals, colleges, shopping malls and clubs. Some of our customers include: The Mirvac Group, Coles and property managers such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank. ISPT and Colliers.
